Production turnaround for custom graphics depends on the timely approval of your artwork. Typically, we provide proof within one business day of receiving your artwork.
For Timely Production:
Artwork Approval Deadline: 12:00 PM EST
Example Timeline:
Artwork submitted Monday by 10:00 AM → Proof sent Tuesday by 10:00 AM → Approve by Tuesday at 12:00 PM → Production starts Wednesday.
Late approvals (after 12:00 PM Tuesday) will delay production until Thursday.
Important Notes:
Failing to respond to the proof approval email by the deadline may result in rush service fees or missed deadlines.
CustomCanopy.ca is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Once your order is shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
