By accessing this website and using our products and services, you agree to comply with the terms, conditions, and notices outlined in this document (the “Terms of Service”). If you create an account or use our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

In order to provide a transparent and safe experience for users, this agreement describes the duties and responsibilities of each party. By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
Production Time
Production of your canopy tents, flags, and table covers begins on the first business day after artwork approval. Turnaround time typically ranges from 6–10 business days, excluding shipping. Expedited production may incur a rush service fee.
Rush Orders
Expedited orders are subject to a 20% or higher rush fee, which is non-refundable. While we strive to meet deadlines, we cannot guarantee results for single production runs. In cases of defects, reprints may be provided at a discounted rate.
Printed Graphics
- Artwork Approval: The artwork is examined to make sure it complies with production requirements. If necessary, adjustments may result in extra fees.
- Proofing: For approval, PDF proofs are sent. For an extra charge, color matching hard proofs are available.
- Color Matching: PMS offers color matching for $50 per color, while precise matches are not assured. A printed proof is recommended to ensure color accuracy.
Artwork Requirements
Submitted artwork must meet our specifications. CustomCanopy.Ca is not responsible for errors in client-provided designs. Artwork files must follow bleed specifications and use the CMYK color mode.
Ownership of Artwork
- Client Materials: You retain ownership of images and designs provided to CustomCanopy.ca.
- Custom Canopy Materials: We reserve the right to use completed project images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed. Ownership of graphic design elements remains with CustomCanopy unless purchased outright.
Shipping and Delivery
- Carriers: We use trusted carriers like UPS and FedEx. A physical address is required for delivery.
- Damage: Report any shipping damage within three business days. Claims must include photographs of the packaging and product.
Returns and Cancellations
- Return Policy: Non-custom products can be returned within 15 business days, subject to a 20% restocking fee and a 10% return fee.
- Cancellations: Standard orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Custom orders may incur additional charges based on production progress.
Warranty
We warranty our products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty terms vary by product, typically ranging from 1–3 years. This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text and graphics, is the intellectual property of CustomCanopy.ca. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
CustomCanopy is not liable for any special or consequential damages arising from product use, performance or website access.
Disputes and Claims
All claims related to your use of this website or our products must be brought within one year of the issue arising.
